Directions

1Mix the flour in a bowl.

2Add oil.

3In a circular motion to form small balls.

4Add the beaten egg, salt, Dry wine.

5Take small portions of dough and stretch very well with a roller.

6Place the stuffing to flavor in the dough and the desired shape.

7Fry in hot oil

½ teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon cooking wine
