Directions

1Place in a deep pan, approximately two fingers oil. Fry the garlic lightly with the skin, remove and then sprinkle the meat with salt and bake looks in the same oil until crispy and brown.

2Place in a bowl and place on top of garlic and a teaspoon of cooking oil.
