Gamba spiesjes met dipsaus

1Alternate shrimp and tomato on 8 skewers until all are filled.

2Place the skewers in a shallow tray or baking dish.

3Mix the sweet chilli sauce with lime juice and thyme, pour over skewers.

4Let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

5Place the shrimp on a baking sheet under a hot grill or over the barbecue for about 10 minutes, turning and basting occasionally.

6Once cooked, Serve with an extra pot of sweet chili sauce for dipping.


250g raw prawns

250g kerstomaten

190g bottle sweet chilli sauce

sap 1 large lime

1 sprig thyme, leaves picked
