cakes of white chocolate, matcha tea and almonds

1Melt the white chocolate coating in a water bath and mix with the softened butter.

2Add the eggs, sugar, sifted flour and almonds and mix.

3Separates a portion of the dough and mix well with tea.

4Prepare a baking sheet and then mix the 2 share and place on baking tray.

5Bake at 180 º during 20 minuten in de oven.

6Then put it on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

160gr. soft butter

90gr. slivered almonds

1 teaspoon of matcha
