Directions

1Grind the smoked ham with the red pepper.

2Add the nutmeg.

3Stuff the chicken with this mixture.

4Tie the thighs with some rope and add some salt.

5Place them in a baking dish, put a glass of water with it.

6Add a small branch of rosemary and two sprigs of thyme there.

7Place in a preheated oven 210 º C approximately 45 minutes.

8Opposition from time to time the chicken pieces so they are crispy on both sides.

4 pieces of chicken upper thighs, boneless and skinless

1 small can of diced smoked ham

1 slice or sheet roasted red peppers

Nutmeg

Rosemary

Thyme

Salt

Water
