

Directions
1Cut the peppers and remove carefully with a spoon the seeds and veins.
2Wellen in water. Do not refrigerate.
3Drain and dry.
4Put the bread to the meat and mix.
5Season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
6Fill the peppers with the meat mixture gently.
7Cut each pepper into 3 of 4 pieces depending on the size of the pepper and place in a greased bowl.
8Bake in preheated oven at 180 º C for 30 minutes.
9Remove from the oven. Insert a toothpick inserted in the center of each piece in order to control the degree of doneness
10Arrange on a platter and serve.
