

Directions
1In a bowl beat the egg whites. Put the egg yolks course separately for later.
2Add the sugar to the egg whites.
3Boil the milk in a pot and add little sugar.
4Pour a little dye in the milk.
5Add the cinnamon sticks to the milk.
6Beat the egg yolks with a fork.
7Mix corn starch with water in a separate bowl.
8Then add the beaten egg yolks and cornstarch to the milk.
9Stir.
10Add the whipped egg whites with a tablespoon to the milk as it boils.
11Let the whipped scoop with proteins as cook until something or what appears solid (2 minutes approximately).
12Remove them with a slotted spoon and set aside in a bowl.
13Do this process until the entire bowl of beaten egg whites is empty.
14Once ready pour the excess milk in the pot over the cooked egg whites.
