Lentil soup

1Mince garlic, onion and celery.

2Put two tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and heat.

3Put the garlic, onion and celery in it.

4Add a glass of water and a little salt.

5Add the lentils to the mixture from the pan.

6Continue to boil over low heat.

7Add water if the vegetables are too dry.

8Serve with slices of bread.


400g canned lentils

1 ui

1 clove of garlic

1 celery stalk

extra virgin olive oil

slices of bread

salt to taste
