1Cook the rice.
2Heat the oil over medium heat.
3Add garlic and onion and cook until the onion is lightly browned.
4Add the rice and mix well.
5Add the broth, wine and thyme.
6Cook over high heat until boiling.
7Reduce the fire, and when the water is evaporated, cover and simmer until the rice is dry and loose.
8When the rice is done, add half of the cheese, butter and mushrooms.
9Stir well and serve on a tray.
10Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
