Directions

1Fry the chopped onion and peppers with crushed garlic.

2Cut the pork into pieces and put them together with the sauce until browned.

3Sprinkle with salt and cumin.

4Add the rice and cook, stirring a bit of the meat before adding the broth.

5Cover everything to simmer until cooked.

Ingredients

1 kg of rice

700 grams pork

3 tablespoons fat

1 teaspoon salt

6 cups broth (cubes)

1 ui

3 cloves of garlic

1 pepper

¼ teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon saffron or bijol
