Directions

1Heat half the oil in a large pan and fry the vegetables.

2Add fish, and cook.

3Then add the water and when it starts to boil.

4Add rice, chicken and concentrate a little salt.

530 simmer, until dry and serve hot.

Ingredients

4 cups of rice

1 kilo show

6 tablespoons oil

1 piece of carrot, mince

500 grams of diced potatoes

2 chopped tomatoes

2 chopped onions

2 cloves of garlic, ground beef

200 grams of green beans, ground beef

8 cups water

2 chicken bouillon cubes

Salt to taste
