Directions

1Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk with melted butter.

2Add the sugar, Owner, lemon zest and flour together.

3Knead until the dough is smooth, If necessary, add flour.

4Put this to one side so that it can rise until doubled in volume.

5Make it afterwards into small balls and press them slightly flat. Cut them not fully 2.

6Then spread them with egg batter and fill them up with sugar in the middle.

7Before they are put in the oven.

8Are they still a little sprinkled with water droplets.

9Now they may for 12 minutes in the furnace to be put at 220 °.

25 grs. fresh yeast bread

125 grs. butter

200 ml. milk

100 gr. sugar

lemon zest
