Pork with garlic

Directions

1Cut pork into small pieces (do not wash, pure love all the water.)

2Crush the garlic and mix with thyme and place in a large glass jar.

3Then add salt and put pieces of pork in the pot.

4Top with vinegar and let unrefrigerated for about 3 soak.

5Well then remove from brine, drain (squeeze dry, if necessary,) and fry them in hot oil.

6Serve immediately as snacks with drinks.

2 pond. spare ribs or pork

1 sprig of fresh thyme, mince

1 all fresh hot pepper

¼ pound garlic

2 tablespoons salt

2 ½ cup white vinegar
