1Boil the milk with lemon peel and cinnamon.

2Add the sugar, stir to dissolve.

3Dilute the cornflour with little milk and mix with the egg yolks.

4Add milk gradually and bring it back on low heat and stir until the mixture is well.

5Remove from heat and add vanilla, stirring continuously.

6Let it cool down.

7Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon.


3 eetlepels cornflour

3 cups milk

½ cup sugar

1 lime zest

1 kaneelstokje

3 egg yolks

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
