 3 tablespoons oil
 ½ cup chopped onion
 ½ teaspoon crushed garlic
 1 tablespoon tomato paste
 Oregano
 Ground pepper to taste
 Salt
 Pepper
 6 cups water
 K ½ fresh beans, cut in half lengthwise
 3 white potatoes, peeled and chopped
 2 Owner
 ½ cup cheese, ground beef
 ¾ cup of coffee milk
 Parsley
 Chopped coriander

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic, tomato paste, oregano, pepper, salt and pepper cooked.

Add water and bring to the boil.

Add beans and diced potatoes and cook until tender.

Mix the eggs with the cheese and add to pot to.

Add milk, parsley and coriander.

Mix well and season.
