
1 K zeebaarsfilet (or a white fish, without fibers)
3 medium onions sliced
8 up to 10 lemons
5 small chopped chilli

3 up to 5 cloves of garlic

3 yellow potatoes
8 slices of maize (corn) from 2 cm
1 chili thinly sliced for decoration

Corn Kook in 2 cm thick slices with a few grains of anise.

Boil the potatoes, peel and cut into slices 2 cm.

Wash fish with water and salt.

Then cut into squares 1 up to 2 cm.

Slice the onion and add salt.

Place fish in a bowl and season with crushed garlic and salt.

Add the chopped pepper and fresh lemon juice, pepper and chopped coriander.

Allow for 10 minutes for the spicy juice.

Place onions over fish.

Garnish the dish with corn, the chili slices, sweet potato and lettuce.
