1 canned black beans
1 / 2 cup chopped onion
1 canned Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp. Tacosaus
3 / 4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 1 / 4 and. Can sliced black olives
1 / 4 cup scallions or chopped Green Onions
1 bag of tortilla chips

Brown the chorizo in a skillet.

Drain on kitchen paper.

Boil beans and onions, coated, on a medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Stir occasionally to separate vegetables.

Mash the beans slightly.

Combine with chorizo, tomato sauce and taco sauce.

In a separate bowl,, Combine cheese, olives and green onions.

Stir in half the cheese mixture into bean mixture.

Pour into a 1-quart baking dish and bake in a 180 degree oven in 25 minutes, or until bubbles along the edge.

Top with remaining cheese mixture.

Use tortilla chips as dippers.
