1 small can of tuna in olive oil
just about 6-8 teaspoons mayonnaise
leaf parsley finely chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 shallots or 1 / 4 onion finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 spoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Boil the eggs and let cool.

Cut off the top and carefully remove the yolks and keep both parts.

In a small pan, heat the oil and fry the shallots and garlic until soft (just about 10 minutes).

In a large bowl, add the cooked yolk, tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, shallot, parsley and salt and pepper together.

Mix well and spoon into each egg.
