Sauce:
 4 tbsp. It boter
 1 theel. salt
 1 / 8 teaspoon. pepper
 4 tbsp. space
 2 cups milk
 1 / 8 teaspoon. nutmeg
 3 egg yolks
 6 tl. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook the lobsters.
