 250 g sugar
 270 g flour
 1 pinch of salt
 lemon zest
 1 packet of yeast
 125 g of sunflower oil
 125 g melted butter

Mix the eggs with the sugar very well.

We then add the flour, salt and yeast by the pot and then this mix well with each other.

Add the oil and butter.

Divide the mixture into cupcake tins and sprinkle with a little sugar.

We heating the oven to 200 °.

We let the muffins in the oven until risen and golden brown. Takes about 10-12 minutes.
