 rundsvlees 1,8 kg
 4 large onions, mince
 1 clove of garlic, mince
 2 beer bottles
 4 tablespoons, or if necessary-, soybean or sunflower oil
 2 Diced meat
 Salt and pepper to taste

In a large deep pan pour oil and fry the meat over medium-high.

Remove later if it is fried.

In the same pan fry the onion and garlic and cook until both are soft and transparent.

Add beef, beer, both meat and diced pepper.

Simmer over medium heat until the meat is cooked properly.

Remove and let cool.

Cut the steaks 1,5 cm.

Add to the sauce and add 1 / 2 cup of warm water and salt.

Before serving, heat over medium heat. Place in a deep dish and cover with the sauce.
