 2 egg yolks
 1 / 2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
 4 proteins

 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar

 1 pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Break egg yolks in a mixing bowl.

With a fork, roer in vanilla citroen peeling.

Sprinkle flour over egg yolk.

In another bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they cling to beater.

Add the sugar and beat stiff.

Fold in the egg yolk mixture and bake in well greased baking pan for about 12 minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
