Directions

1Peel the shrimp tails and clean.

2Put the shells and other things of the shrimp aside for another use.

3Boil the tails in boiling salted water until they change color.

4Immediately remove and put aside and put them under running cold water to stop cooking.

5Put them in a bowl and sprinkle lemon juice, salt and pepper.

6Mix.

7Place onion on top with the peppers into strips.
