Directions

1Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic, tomato paste, oregano, pepper, salt and pepper cooked.

2Add water and bring to the boil.

3Add beans and diced potatoes and cook until tender.

4Mix the eggs with the cheese and add to pot to.

5Add milk, parsley and coriander.

6Mix well and season.

Ingredients

3 tablespoons oil

½ cup chopped onion

½ teaspoon crushed garlic

1 tablespoon tomato paste

Oregano

Ground pepper to taste

Salt

Pepper

6 cups water

K ½ fresh beans, cut in half lengthwise

3 white potatoes, peeled and chopped

¾ cup of coffee milk

Parsley

Chopped coriander
