Directions

1Heat oil in a pan.

2Fry the meat with the onion brown.

3Add the oregano, cumin and salt and stir.

4Add water, round bouillon tablets (previously dissolved in 1 kopje warm water), carrots, pumpkin and potatoes.

5Let everything cook over low heat until the vegetables are tender (such as. 20 min.).

6Voeg maize, peas and green beans and cook for 5 minutes.

2 tablespoons oil

1/2 kg. posta negra meat (rear piece of beef) (diced)

1 ui (mince)

2 cloves of garlic (mince)

7 cups water

1 teaspoon oregano

1/4 teaspoon cumin

2 teaspoons salt

2 round bouillon tablets

1 carrots (mince)

1 pumpkin head (cut into small pieces)

1 1/2 cups grated corn

1/4 cup of peas

1/4 cup of green beans (mince)

4 potatoes (cut into small pieces)
