Directions

1Cook the peas with bacon or pork bones.

2If almost everything is cooked.

3Heat butter in another pan with garlic, chopped onion and the juice of half a lime.

4Pour the mixture over the peas.

5Thicken the sauce with some bread crumbs.

6Season with salt and pepper.
