1Cut the raw shrimp into small pieces.

2Chop the chives.

3Remove the feet of the mushrooms and chop.

4In a bowl cut all ingredients: well drained bean sprouts and soy sauce.

5Season with salt.

6The caps of the mushrooms a bit empty and fill with the mixture.
