Directions

1Cut all the meat into cubes and fry them separately.

2Meanwhile, fry garlic until golden halves.

3Fry also peppers and onions.

4Preheat the oven to 150 º C.

5Place meat, garlic, peppers and potatoes in a clay pot and mix.

6Place in the oven and heated for the 30 minutes.

250 grs. pork sirloin

250 grs. pork liver

150 Grs. verse bacon

8 cloves of garlic

½ kg. green peppers

1 red pepper

½ kg. potatoes
