Directions

1Mix the meat, spec, grated onion, minced garlic, bread-crumbs, losgeklopte owner,mustard, parsley and salt and pepper to taste together.

2Knead well.

3Next, on a cloth.

4In the center of the meat mixture do the boiled eggs, red pepper strips and carrots.

5Roll then close with the help of the cloth.

11Serve garnished with red pepper and salad.
