Squid with tartar sauce

Directions

1Clean and wash the squid. Sliced. Season with salt and pepper.

2Put the squid in flour and fry in plenty of oil until golden brown and crispy. Drain well and place on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.

3Serve with tartar sauce and a lemon cut into 4 to share.

Tartaarsaus:

1Making 1 well seasoned mayonnaise and add parsley, pickles, capers and chopped green onion.
