Cheese soup

1Cut the cheese into slices.

2Mix in onions, tomatoes, parsley, oregano, pepper, salt and pepper together.

3Into a jar of olive oil.

4Place a layer of the onion mixture.

5Then place the cheese cut into slices.

6Repeat the mixture of onions and finish with cheese slices.

7Add the milk to the top.

8Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

9Serve in soup bowl.

10Serve with boiled potatoes.


1 k be kaas Serrano (type Paria)

3 onions

3 tomatoes, depending on the size, shelled, seeded and diced

1 tablespoon parsley

1 tablespoon oregano

1 yellow pepper fresh, clean, chopped

½ cup milk

1 tablespoon olive oil
