Chickpeas with garlic, red sausage and parsley oil

Directions

1Put oil in a pan and add the garlic when it is still cold (in order to prevent the garlic cloves to be brown).

2When hot starts are, add the cumin, red hot pepper, the red pepper and the Iberian red sausage to.

3Before the red pepper is brown add chickpeas.

4Put a bit of everything in the pan and serve.

5Add a pinch of parsley in every part.

Ingredients

1kg of well cooked chickpeas

200 grams of Iberian red sausage (highly seasoned pork sausage)

4 cloves of garlic

1 cc. ground cumin

½ cc of red hot pepper

1 cc of red pepper

Olive Oil

Parsley oil

(1 cc = less than a teaspoon)
