Chicken Tacos

1Cook and stir garlic, onion and tomato in the hot oil until tender.

2Stir while the chicken, salt and pepper to taste and cook 1 minute.

3Fill shells with approximately 1 / 4 cup of chicken mixture.

4Sprinkle with cheese and garnish with shredded lettuce, salsa in your room, if desired.


1 / 2 cups grated, cooked chicken

3 cloves of garlic, ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

1 small tomato, chopped

2 tablespoons oil

12 maïstortillas, steamed or fried

1 cup shredded La Vacarica brand Asadero
