Kokos cake

1Boil the sugar and water until the sugar is dissolved.

2Add coconut and essence and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture "granular" begins to appear.

3Remove from heat and just a few minutes.

4Take small amounts and divide into small heaps on a greased baking sheet.

5Allow to cool and harden


2 cups sugar

2 cups grated coconut

1 / 2 cup water

2 drops almond essence
