1In a large skillet, we put to fry all chopped ingredients in oil until they release their juices and liquid.

2The cuts of meat are made in front of the grill to be placed.

3Put the pieces of meat in a large bowl.

4Add the salt, pepper and cumin, beer and if desired.

5Let stand for a few hours to flavor.

6Heat the coals of the grill and grill the meat then.


3 kg chest (for the bbq)

3 large onions, chopped

2 sweet paprika, seeded, ground beef

6 medium plum tomatoes, shelled, seeded and diced

1 garlic clove, squeezed

2 cups oil

Salt, pepper and cumin to taste (of adobo)

Optional: 1 beer can
