Directions

1Heat the oil in a small frying pan and fry the meat until almost tender.

2Remove the meat, retains the oil.

3Add the white wine, ui, garlic and green pepper in the pan with the oil and cook over medium heat until vegetables are very soft.

4In a sauce pan: do the canned peeled tomatoes in it and crush the tomatoes.

5Add the peppers, pepper and salt and cook the sauce for about 15 minutes.

6Add the vegetables and the meat to the sauce and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

7Serve in an earthenware jar with baguette slices.

1 roasted red pepper chopped

1 small green pepper chopped

1 small yellow or white onion finely chopped

2 cloves garlic minced

2 tablespoons dry white wine

1 teaspoon sweet paprika

2 tablespoons olive oil

salt and pepper to taste
