Directions

1Place a good steak, just about 2 kg (1 of 2 cm thick and about 40 at 60centimeter) in a deep pan or griddle.

2Season with oregano, thyme, freshly ground pepper, chili and salt.

3Cover with milk and let it rest for 8 up to 12 hour.

4Put the steak in preheated oven at 250 º.

5The timing is dependent on the thickness and the weight of the steak.

6It is more tender by the time.

7When the milk opdroogd before it is cooked enough, add more.

8If it is almost ready, salt and do a good amount of vinegar to the milk do.

9It is eaten with mashed potatoes, fries or salad.
