Directions
1Put the cooked potatoes peeled by sieves make a puree then.
2Let cool and knead.

4Place plastic wrap on a flat surface and stretch a thin layer of the potato mixture in the same size of the nori seaweed.
5Cover the potatoes with a sheet of nori seaweed.
6Mix crab meat with lemon juice, worcestersaus, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
7Cover the mixture with crab seaweed.
8Place a row of avocado to 2 cm from the edge on.
9Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
10Before serving, Remove plastic wrap and place the roll on a horizontal surface.
11Sliced 1 ½ to 2 cm with the aid of an electric knife or a very sharp knife.
12Serve.
13• Nori seaweed can be purchased in local markets where they sell oriental food.
