Mussels with rice (Mussels with Rice)

1Wash the mussels and set aside in a pot.

2Heat butter in a pan, fry the onion and add the carrot and pepper.

3Then add the rice and cook for 2 minutes, under continuous stirring,.

4Add the mussels, boiling water and salt.

5Cover and simmer for 20 simmer.


1/2 kg mussels

1 1/2 cups of rice

3 cups boiling water

1/2 ui (diced)

1/2 carrots (mince)

1 green peppers (mince)

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon butter
