Chicken with Garlic

1Make a few cuts in the chicken and place in a bowl with the white wine, salt, pepper and 1 garlic clove, finely chopped.

2Let the marinade in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

3Preheat the oven to 190 °

4Cut off the rest of the garlic in half (remove outer shell) and place in small baking dish with about 1 1 / 2 tablespoon olive oil 1 / 4 white wine.

5Add the thyme and a little salt and pepper.

6Place roast in a hot oven for about 10 minutes.

7In the meantime, heat the remaining oil and add chicken and 1 clove minced garlic.

8Cook the chicken until cooked (just about 5-7 minutes on each side).

9Remove the garlic from the oven and add the chicken and about half of the oil from the frying.

10Put back in the oven for a further 3-4 minutes.

11Removing and serve.
