Rice with ham and cheese

1Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chili with ham and bacon.

2Then add the rice, stir well, add salt, sprinkle with wine and, if it is evaporated, add the hot stock.

3Cover and cook until the rice is dry and ready.

4Finally,, add the cheese.

5Stir well and serve hot.


2 cups of rice

3 tablespoons oil

Crushed red pepper 1 unit

100 grams of cooked ham, diced

50 gram spekblokjes

cup sweet wine

4 cups chicken broth or warm water

3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

50 grams grated Emmental

2 tablespoons grated cheese

Salt to taste
