Directions

1In a pan, olive oil and high heat.

2Then onion, clove, laurel, ground black pepper, Add saffron and salt.

3Behind the ui, if the color of the water may be added until it is well covered.

4Cook over high heat ca. 5 minutes and then lower the heat and cook for a further 40 minutes.

5Adjust the flavor with salt.

6Serve with bread and cheese, sprinkled with oregano and baked in the oven.

Ingredients

1 large onion per person

1 laurierblad

Olive oil to taste

1 garlic clove

1 pinch of ground black pepper

saffron

1 pinch of salt

Water

4 slices of bread

4 slices of cheese from sheep or goats

Verkruimelde oregano
