Pork tenderloin with whiskey sauce

1Heat the oil and fry the pork well. Remove the meat from the pan and season it well.

2Put the onion and carrot in the pan and fry well, then add the seasoned pork there and pour whiskey on.

3If the whiskey begins to evaporate a little cover up and put on a lower heat to cook for 30 minutes.

4Pour the sauce through a food mill, Cut the tenderloin into slices and serve sprinkled with thick sauce.
