Pigs Leg with orange

1Rub the pork leg all over with salt, cumin, oregano and pepper.

2Heat the butter and pour the juice of sour orange and garlic, peeled and crushed.

3Disseminate bit everywhere.

4Fry over medium heat and grease from time to time to keep the meat moist.

5Put a bowl of water in the oven while the roast is in it.

6Let it cool for several minutes before cutting


1 medium trotter

3 sour orange (may be replaced by 2 Sweet Orange and 1 large lemon)

1 tuber garlic

1 tablespoons ground cumin

4 tablespoons lard

1 the gemalen peper (Optional)


salt to taste
