Dough
 500 gram flour
 60 grams of butter
 1 tablespoon olive oil
 tablespoon sugar
 salt
 1 Yolk
 125 - 135 ml milk
 
Filling
 250 - 300 gram varkensgehakt
 2 hard-boiled eggs
 pepper
 salt
 sugar
 paprika
 cayennepoeder
 1 big onion
 olives

Put the flour in a bowl. Create a kuilje and it put the butter. Sprinkle around the dimple salt. Begin to knead gently.
