 350 grams of peeled shrimp
 1 / 2 Chinese cup beans
 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
 1 / 2 teaspoon sugar
 3 eetlepels cornflour
 1 teaspoon sesame oil
 1 tablespoon soy sauce
 Salt to taste
 8 pieces peeled sugarcane 15 cm
 Frying oil (required amount of)

Chop the shrimp, Chinese beans and mix with onion.

Add sugar, cornstarch, sesame oil, soy sauce and salt.

Cover the dough with bits of sugarcane, the formation of a layer around an inch thick.

Leave open two to three inches from the ends.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown and set aside.
