 250 g flour
 250 g sugar
 60 grams
 125 g cottage cheese
 a packet of yeast
 lemon zest
 2 tablespoons apricot jam
 1 well gelatine

Put the eggs and sugar in a glass.

Mix very well.

Then add the oil and cottage cheese with it.

Add flour, baking powder and lemon zest with it and then mix it well with this.

We then do the flour with a spatula there.

Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan, Cut the apple into slices and place it over the dough and we put it in the oven 180 º during 40 minutes approximately.

Meanwhile, heat a little jam and a sheet of gelatin.

When the cake is ready, we paint it with jam and then put the cake in the refrigerator.
