 1 ½ cup beans
 substantial Bones 120 g
 100 g bacon
 1 medium Chorizo
 3 medium potatoes
 1 medium onion
 6 cloves of garlic
 2 medium peppers
 1 tablespoon tomato paste
 1 laurierblad
 1 pinch of roasted and ground cumin
 1 pinch of roasted and ground oregano
 2 tablespoons oil
 Salt to taste

Place the beans in 3 liter of water for 6 hour.

Cook then keeping the other beans.

Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks and add to the soup.

To 20 minutes, cut the bacon and the sausage into small pieces.

Fry the bacon and add the chopped fresh herbs into small cubes.

Add the tomato and dry spices.

Boil for 20 minutes.

Do bit of salt.

Remove the pot from the heat and let stand for 20 minutes.

Serve.
