 1 kg of beef (sirloin)
 3 large tomatoes
 3 red onions
 4 potatoes
 Vinegar
 Sillao of soya sauce
 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
 salt and pepper

Peel the potatoes and then cut them into long strips

Heat oil in a pan.

Fry the potato slices until golden brown.

Put the potatoes then sideways.

Cut the meat into long strips (not too thick nor too long strips).

Heat oil in another pan.

Put the meat in the pan and season with salt and pepper.

Fry the meat.

Cut the red onion into pieces so that rings arise.

Put the ring in a jar and fill it with water.

Add some shoots of vinegar and set aside.

Cut the tomatoes in 4 and remove the seeds.

Cut the tomatoes, then cut into strips.

Add the tomatoes and the drained onion rings in the flesh.

Stir.

Sillao or add soy sauce.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add the fried potatoes.

Then serve with rice.

Garnish with chopped parsley.
