
25 grs. fresh yeast bread
125 grs. butter
200 ml. milk
100 gr. sugar
lemon zest

Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk with melted butter.

Add the sugar, Owner, lemon zest and flour together.

Knead until the dough is smooth, If necessary, add flour.

Put this to one side so that it can rise until doubled in volume.

Make it afterwards into small balls and press them slightly flat. Cut them not fully 2.

Then spread them with egg batter and fill them up with sugar in the middle.
